I had noticed some carpenter ants inside my house, and called Grenier to assess the situation. Based on my description, they told me they did not believe I had an active infestation in the house, but that due to the number of trees in the immediate vicinity there was likely to be a lot of carpenter ants in the area around the house. They recommended treating the perimeter of the house to prevent future problems. The treatment was done on the same visit, and required me to be away from the house for a couple of hours.
